Delivery + Returns

Items are shipped within the UK via the Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For service, for a flat rate of £3.95. Orders over £30 qualify for free UK delivery. Once dispatched, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. 

I provide free local delivery within the SP10 and SP11 postcodes: most orders will fit through letterboxes, but if it's a big parcel I'll contact you and arrange the delivery for a time when you're at home, or a safe place I can leave the parcel in.

If you'd like to collect your order at a market, leave me a note at the checkout to say if you'll be at Andover (3rd Sunday of each month) or Newbury (last Sunday of each month). Orders for market collection must be placed at least 5 working days before the market, to give me sufficient time to make your item/s!

Shipping to somewhere outside the UK can be arranged: let me know and I can send you an estimate of the shipping costs.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return your goods within 14 days, unworn and in a re-sellable condition and I will offer an exchange or a full refund (excluding postage). I will only reimburse the postage costs in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect supply of goods.


I can only accept returned items that have not been washed or altered. Please e-mail before returning goods, letting me know you are doing so. If you require an exchange, I can then check stock for you and reserve or make the necessary item/s.

Please obtain proof of postage when returning your goods. I’m sorry, but I cannot accept any liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transport.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of me receiving the returned goods and will be processed through PayPal.

I cannot accept returns on tailor-made, modified or personalised items.

I will only use these details for my own internal records, to improve the products and services I provide, or to contact you in response to a specific enquiry.
